Your French Airbnb, run from the United States
It is 3 am in New York when your guests check out of your Paris apartment. Someone has to clean, restage and photograph it before the next check-in at 3 pm French time. That someone is us: certified cleaners, automatic scheduling from your Airbnb calendar, photo proof before every arrival.
No subscription · No commission on your revenue
Turnovers finish before you wake up
France runs 6 hours ahead of the East Coast and 9 ahead of the West Coast. A same-day turnover that would ruin your night becomes photos waiting in your morning.
Cleanings schedule themselves
Paste your Airbnb iCal link once. Every guest checkout in France automatically books its own cleaning, while you sleep on the other side of the Atlantic.
Photo proof in your morning feed
A French 2 pm turnover is 8 am in New York, 5 am in Los Angeles. The photos of the finished apartment are waiting when you wake up. Approve from your phone.
Money released only after you approve
Payment is held until you validate the photos. If something is wrong, you dispute before the cleaner is paid, not after.
Everything works from the US
Pay with your US card
Payments run through Stripe. Your American Visa, Mastercard or Amex works; you are billed per cleaning, in euros, with an invoice for your records.
No French phone number needed
You sign up with your email and manage everything from the web app. Written support answers in English.
No subscription, no commission

What US hosts ask us first
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe and US-issued Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards work. You are charged per cleaning, in euros; your bank converts at its usual rate and you get an invoice for each turnover.
- You do not have to be awake. The cleaning is triggered by your Airbnb calendar, the cleaner uploads photo proof when the apartment is done, and the photos wait for your approval. France is 6 hours ahead of New York and 9 ahead of Los Angeles, so most turnovers are finished before your morning coffee.
- The platform and cleaners work in French; written support helps you in English. In practice you rarely need to talk to anyone: scheduling is automatic and validation happens through photos.
- No. BNB Cleaning operates in France only, across 70+ cities. This page is for US-based hosts who own a property in France.
- From 22 to 35 euros for a studio, 28 to 45 for a one-bedroom, 38 to 60 for a two-bedroom, and 50 to 90 for larger homes. Paris, the Riviera and ski resorts run higher; each city page shows local rates. Hotel-grade linen service is an option.
- That is the main reason remote hosts use us: a certified backup is dispatched within 2 hours in the covered area, with the same instructions and the same photo-proof requirement.
